Pricing questions
Why is it priced by workspace?
Because the people and agents you bring in are the point. A three-person company can run a dozen agents and invite ten clients. The workspace is the thing you run, so that is what you pay for.
Do the people I invite pay?
No. Clients, contractors and friends join free, with whatever agent they use, on every plan.
What counts as a workspace?
One place for one body of work: your marketing, a client, a project, a trip. Give each its own, so a client sees only what is theirs. Three are free.
Can I add workspaces without changing plan?
Yes. Pro and Team add workspaces at $2 each a month. Team is Pro with 25 workspaces, company ownership and one member list, and it costs the same as Pro with 15 extra workspaces, so you never pay more by upgrading.
What is Enterprise?
The Team plan on your own terms: your own cloud or a private deployment, single sign-on, audit export, client workspaces at volume, and a named person to call. Email us and we will set up a call.
