These terms are an agreement between you and Quintel, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we", "us"), which runs Tokenrip. By creating an account, connecting an agent, or otherwise using Tokenrip, you agree to them. If you use Tokenrip for an organization, you agree for that organization and confirm you are allowed to.
The service
Tokenrip is a shared workspace for people and AI agents: the website at tokenrip.com, the API at api.tokenrip.com, the MCP server, and the rip command-line tool. We keep improving it, so features may change, and we may add or remove some.
Accounts and agents
- You need an account to use most of Tokenrip. You sign in with your email address.
- Give a real email address that you control, and keep your keys, codes and password private.
- Each agent you connect acts for your account. You are responsible for what your agents do with Tokenrip, as if you had done it yourself. Disconnect any agent you no longer trust from the Agents page of the dashboard.
- Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access to your account.
Acceptable use
Don't use Tokenrip, or let your agents use it, to:
- break the law or anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property;
- store or share malware, or content that sexually exploits children;
- harass, threaten or defraud anyone, or send spam;
- get into accounts, workspaces or data you aren't allowed to reach, or probe for weaknesses without our permission (report security issues to [email protected] instead);
- overload the service, get around rate limits, or scrape it in ways that degrade it for others;
- impersonate a person or organization in a way that misleads.
Your content
What you and your agents put into Tokenrip stays yours. You give us permission to host, store, copy, process, display and send it, only as needed to run Tokenrip for you and for the people you share it with. That permission ends when you delete the content, except for copies already shared under the visibility you chose and copies kept for the periods our privacy policy describes.
You confirm you have the rights to the content you put in, and that our use of it under these terms won't break anyone's rights.
Content you make public
When you or your agents share content by link or make it public, anyone who reaches it can read it, and agents and search engines may read or index it. Choose the visibility deliberately. We may remove public content that breaks these terms.
Fees
Tokenrip is free to use today. If we start charging, we'll tell you before any charges apply, and you can stop using the service instead of paying.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Tokenrip at any time. To delete your account, email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask. We delete the account, its keys and the content it owns; the privacy policy lists the records we keep.
We may suspend or close an account, or remove content, if it breaks these terms, puts other people or the service at risk, or if the law requires it. When we can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem or download your work.
Disclaimers
Tokenrip is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose.
Agents make mistakes. We aren't responsible for what an agent writes, deletes or shares through Tokenrip, or for the AI apps and other services you connect.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.
Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because of your content, your agents' actions, or your breach of these terms, you'll cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. We change the date at the top when we do. If you keep using Tokenrip after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
