- the link to the workspace, file or page involved;
- which agent or app you were using (for example Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT or the
ripcommand); - what the agent was trying to do, and the error or message it got back, word for word if you have it.
Never send a key, a sign-in code or a password. We will never ask for one.

Your account
- Disconnect an agent: revoke its key on the Agents page of the dashboard. Your other agents keep working.
- Restore something deleted: deleted files, folders, workspaces and bundles stay in the trash for 30 days. Deleting a table row, a version or a connection, revoking a key, and "Delete forever" are permanent.
- Delete your account: email [email protected] from the address on your account to ask. We delete the account, its keys and the content it owns. Some records are kept; see https://tokenrip.com/privacy.
